Where are the brand's jewelry pieces produced?
All of Iris Ossos' pieces are designed and handcrafted by her in her studio in Porto, Portugal.
What metals are the jewellery made of?
The jewellery is made exclusively of gold-plated brass. The brand also periodically works with copper and uses 925 silver (up to 2 grams per piece).
When will my order ship?
Because we value small-scale production, it's normal that we don't have the item in stock, and therefore it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to be crafted and shipped.
Can I order a custom piece?
Yes! We love to do custom pieces, you can contact us here or by email. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding your request. After reviewing your request, you'll be contacted.
Can you make a special size?
For a special size on a necklace or a ring you can contact us by email or here. Special sizing is considered custom, therefore it will be considered final sale. This might incur an additional charge if we have to add metal.

Gift cards are digital gift cards that can be used as a means of payment in our online store.
