Shipping
All Iris Ossos's pieces are handmade. Most are produced on a made-to-order basis.
Production time is 3 to 5 business days for available stock items. For made to order jewellery we allow up 3 to 4 weeks for production and dispatch.
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Iris Ossos along with a registration number to track your order. If you don't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Shipping costs:
Orders are shipped via CTT or DPD, with estimated delivery times and costs as follows:
Portugal (Mainland and Islands): 1-3 business days | 6€
Spain: 1-3 business days | 12€
European Union: 5-10 business days | 15€
United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: 5-10 business days | 18€
Rest of the World: 10-30 business days | 30€
Please note that if the package is returned due to a failed delivery, it will only be re-shipped after payment of new shipping fees.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Any item you purchase from our online store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of personalized items, which cannot be exchanged or returned.Exchanges and returns are only approved if the pieces show no signs of usage, are in their original box, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
We can refuse the right to refund or exchange if the jewellery doesn’t meet our return criteria.
The customer bears responsibility for return shipping charges both ways.
Returns initiated beyond 14 days of receipt of your order, will not be accepted.
Please note that refund or store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order.
For easier exchanges, we recommend placing a new order while returning the original one. Please notify us of this within 14 days of receiving your order.
