MATERIALS
All pieces are made of brass with a 24K gold plating. Some include natural stones and others synthetic stones. The specific composition of each piece is indicated in its respective product description. Some pieces may contain up to 2 grams of 925 silver.
WARRANTY
According to the Portuguese law, all articles have 3 years warranty, from the date that the purchase invoice is issued. This guarantee does not cover the natural oxidation of the metal or the elimination of the Gold bath, as well as signs of use, the passage of time, visible marks of misuse or any other damages derived from lack of precautions.

SHIPPING
After the payment is successful, you will receive an email from Iris Ossos confirming your purchase. Allow up to four weeks to your order to be craft and shipped. Due to the manual process of creation we appreciate the understanding for any delay that may occur. Once your order has left our atelier, you will receive an email from Iris Ossos with the confirmation that the product has been shipped and the registration number so you can track your order.
PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices and products available at www.irisossos.com are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT currently 23% in Portugal.
Payments can be made via PayPal and credit card (MasterCard, American Express and Visa). Bank transfer and MB Way are available for orders placed by e-mail.
VALIDITY OF PROMOTIONS
The offers on the website are valid only for the time they are displayed on www.irisossos.com, unless otherwise stated on the website. Iris Ossos is not bound by any offer if there are errors or inaccuracies in photographs, prices, or other information. Iris Ossos reserves the right to cancel any purchase and sale made under such errors.
